Unfortunately this location isn't being closed, yet.
The pharmacy is the worst that I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. When I arrived a few hours after the prescriptions were sent in I was told things were not ready, and it would be ready in about ten minutes. After waiting 40 minutes I had to leave pick up my kids. Went back the next morning and had to wait another 20 plus minutes. Once home we discovered that a critical device was missing. Went back, they finally admitted they would need to order it. Really?!
In recap they're slow, incompetent and rude. With all the pharmacy options in Wooster there's no reason to deal with this pharmacy.

At this Rite Aid, you're not just a number - you are an individual and are cared for. The associates and pharmacists are friendly and helpful on the phone, welcome and greet you when you come in the store, help you while you're shopping, and you always find fast and friendly service at the counters. I appreciated the "Thank you for shopping, please stop by again soon" as I was walking out the door. Put a smile on my face ?

This pharmacy is awful!! The dr sent a rx at 2pm on Monday. Tuesday morning when I haven't gotten the text so, I called they said "it won't be filled I need a another doctor approval" I called the Dr office they called me back and said, there is nothing wrong with the rx and they don't know what your talking about. Took another 2 hours to get the text. 24 hrs to fill an rx is unacceptable, it sounds like they need less customers, I'll be happy to help with that!

Always professional, courteous, helpful. Store is always pristine. Pharmacists and Tech's are top notch and go above and beyond. Love this Rite-aid

I have used rite aid for 12 plus years and have never had issues until now. It's not the store, I think they need to weed out the bad apples in the pharmacy that are consistently rude. My experience is still hard for me to understand, I was asking about my daughter's prescription that had one refill left and hadn't even finished my sentence before she rudely said " are you trying to say you need this prescription filled" I felt like a child being talked down to. I kept my cool but I felt embarrassed like I was nothing more than another moron customer she had to deal with. I'm seriously debating on going with another pharmacy

Rude pharmacy staff. I don't need to hear the cashier/tech complaining about the pharmacist. And is a simple hello to much to ask. I get that they need more help, but don't talk to customers with that sour-face. And what happened to asking if I have a question for the pharmacist? Or are we to busy to provide customer service now? Or are the people that purchase items no longer necessary? I would give zero stars if possible.

This place is a joke. 6 days to get a prescription refill. Waiting in line for 30min. Tonight 11 people working half of them standing around talking. Cars wrapped half way around the parking lot.

I’ve always been greeted with a smile and have never seen any of the rudeness mentioned in a few other reviews. Their team works very hard at what they do.
