This store is terrible on many different levels. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The cashier was up front hugging all over their boyfriend instead of greeting customers. Every staff member I have talked to is not knowledgeable about the animals they sell which is ridiculous. They currently are housing two ball pythons together in an enclosure that is barely a 10 gallon. None of the reptiles have anything to climb onto that is high enough for them to bask. The fish tanks are covered in algae and dead fish. All of the saltwater fish especially look pitiful and sickly. If you work at a pet store you should have basic knowledge of animals. I will never shop and support this Petco.

Facebook says Wooster store open til eight pm. Tonight closed at six cannot figure Y. Evening hours were appreciated.

not one person in there knows or is confident enough to groom big dogs the staff obviously don't like there job total nightmare for anyone with big dogs

The other day me and my husband went into the store to look at fish. Kim was the person who helped us. She was amazing she spent the time with us helped with all questions and needs. We were very happy with her. She knows her stuff. I will post the result when we get our fish on here to share. We set up our tank and got all of our stuff. She made it so easy. Thank you Kim

Yesterday my wife took our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to be groomed. When she tried to explain what she wanted done, the groomer said, 'I know how to groom Cavs.' My wife went on to say, 'Do NOT shave him!' Sure enough when she picked up our Cav he had been shaved. I might add, he has been groomed several times at various places and we have never had this problem. Last time we will ever have one of our pets groomed by Petco.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this Petco. I drive more than 50 miles to this specific location because of how well they groom and care for my doggo. They have always been so kind, both when I stop in and when I speak to them on the phone.
