I have called several times and did the speed test, and am having the same issues as others on the reviews. Clear down in the 30's and 40's and told I should have their router and it wouldn't happen or they could help. I even asked if it could be that my modem is older and they said oh it should last a long time.....think I'm going to request a new modem after reading these comments. Disappointed that I am paying for 100 speeds and not even receiving half of that most of the time....

Went in to pay my bill and the service was so slow I ended up leaving because I was tired of the wait. Didn't have my check book to leave the check in their mailbox

Cannot get through to customer service over the phone. Been waiting for fiber optic internet to be installed since 2020, I guess covid is scary. Still charging the same price for fiber even though im getting internet through cable.

Outages last 2 days tv and internet they keep saying it’s their pole still not fixed but they can’t wait for their bill all the time very disappointing here in Ohio

Absolute trash internet service. We are lucky if we can watch a movie without loosing connection. If you can find another provider I would. Customer service is unaccessible. And seems to never be available when outages are happening.

I have high speed internet and the internet goes out several times a day. Of course when you call in they say everything is fine on their end

I generally think the price is right for the service I get. I pay for highest speed (200) internet. I've had intermittent problems with speed and total interruption. Their favorite claim is that the problem is with my router. However, I've found the best solution is to trade in old modem for new ones. Also I get excellent service from the front desk at the Wooster office.

We paid for a 200mbs upload and download plan. About two or three times every month we get less than 5mbs. Technician came out and was no help at all, stood around and tested our internet, blamed our brand new modem then left. The worst internet company I have seen by far. If zero stars existed they would get it.

I wish you could any you want in this town but can't. Mctv is so high we canceled it only kept wifi which still high it go's out a lot and freezes to much.

Had problems with my high speed internet. Mctv tried saying it was not the modem causing the issues. Paying for 100 mb/s was getting 56k/s turns out it was the modem Your it department is not very good at their job.

Wifi cuts in and out every day.. if I have 3 systems going it lags.. and what's with the 5$ fee to pay by card over the phone but a check is free.. it's 2023 not 1995... do better or sell out to spectrum
