Came down from Euclid in search of a vehicle and Chris Brickel helped me out tremendously. Told him what I needed and he steered me in the direction of a great used Acadia. Fit every criteria I needed for a family of 7. Super easy, barely an inconvenience. Would absolutely come see him again for my vehicle needs.

Sales, Orion, great guy, great sales guy. I got an older vehicle than what I traded in of course mine wasn't worth as much typical dealer low-ball, I did go with the deal though because that's what I wanted to do. It was pouring rain that day I drove the vehicle twice and it was acceptable. Went back two days later to ask service a question if they could cut off the metal hanging down from exhaust he was rude at best but told me for $150.00 they would, stated you bought it as is and it was going to the auction anyhow and they weren't doing it for free. So based on his interaction with me at that moment I will not recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or previous owned vehicle. It's always the one bad apple that spoils the rest. No reply back on this will change my opinion of the service department. I understand as is however a large metal object hanging from vehicle should have been removed when or if it was inspected. Born and raised lived in Wooster entire life and this is why people go elsewhere to purchase.

I get my vehicles serviced here quite frequently but not anymore. I was in here the other day and you could literally hear a unhinged manager SCREAMING at staff through the wall while I sat in the waiting room drinking a coffee. When I got my car back I asked service about it they said "yea he does that"
That is completely unprofessional in the work space not to mention the staff involved, stressed staff are prone to make mistakes and if a mechanic makes mistakes that's a massive safety risk and I'm not willing to take that risk

Quite possibly the worst experience you could have at a car dealership. Saleswoman Kennedy was kind and helpful answering all questions I had about the vehicle. I then went on a test drive and really enjoyed the car. The good experience ended as soon as the test drive was over. I was asking questions about the pricing of the car just to have owner of the dealership come out and yell at me — very unprofessional. When deciding I wanted to purchase the car despite the negativity, the finance manager tried to slip a warranty into the price without telling me while signing the final papers. Overall, shady tactics and scummy behavior. Do yourself a favor and never buy from here, even if local. Drive elsewhere.
Update in response: When I spoke with Kennedy, she was referring to the gentleman as the owner. Regardless, to correct what you said, I only asked if the dealership was willing to share at what price the vehicle was bought and what work had been done to it since purchase. I emphasized that if this wasn’t something that could be answered, that was completely fine. I believe the manner in which it was asked was fully and completely appropriate. In reference to issues regarding title and tags, that was not the purpose of this review. That said, paperwork was not submitted on behalf of the dealership until over a month after purchase per your titling clerk, Jo. My issue with the handling of this was not necessarily the level of responsiveness, although it could have been better. I don’t appreciate the backhandedness to your response. I think it certainly shows the lack of respect you have for customers. Beyond the negativity, I believe several of your employees displayed excellent customer service: Kennedy, Rick, and Jo. Unfortunately, it could not make up for all of the shortcomings.

I had a good experience here and worked with a gentleman by the name of Orion. The only reason I did not leave five stars is due to that they do not accept modern forms of money transfers per their finance department making it a bit difficult for someone in a position similar to my own to move my finances around timely and efficiently. Half of that is due to my own circumstances, but I feel it would be something for their finance department to look into. Until that occurs, from a customer position, ask specifically for what forms of money you need for transactions before going.
Orion specified he was new to the Mazda of Wooster dealership as a representative. I feel he did wonderful. He was patient, kind, and respectably negotiated with me. Granted, the sales managers are the largest factor in negotiations. Orion did great. He double checked all of his answers to my questions, was very quick about having everything ready for me when I arrived to the dealership, and was happy FOR me. He gave off a great energy. He didn't even mind bantering while waiting for papers to be drawn up. Very impressed with his work ethic, especially coming from my recent experiences in trying to work with dealerships out Northeast (NJ, NY). I highly recommend working with him specifically.

Wooster Mazda has a great selection and the employees were amazing during the car buying experience. I recommend stopping in and chatting with Orion or Kennedy. Both are great and you wont be disappointed or frustrated buying a vehicle. Thanks again, from the Weir family
