Love this place. The owner hand makes a lot of her own jewelry pieces and can be commissioned to make custom things as well. She helped design and made a hand crafted engagement ring that my wife cherishes. Myself my parents and grandparents have been going here for years and always enjoy her friendliness and customer service. Works with gems and stone pieces and gold and silver! Will always be coming back here.

I was in this store once a few years ago during a ladies night event downtown. They offered to clean my wedding ring and then misplaced it, taking an hour to find it! After that I never stepped foot in this business again. Then just a few days ago while walking downtown looking at the Christmas window displays I happened upon this store window. Appalled does not begin to describe my feelings of what I saw! If you are a business owner you should keep your political views to yourself! Your Christmas window display is a disgrace! How dare you use the holiday and the wonderful tradition of decorating store windows for your disgusting display! Shame on you!

MacKenzie's Silver Lining's anti-Biden "Christmas" Window Display makes me question MacKenzie's decision making and ability to be non-partisan in her business decisions when dealing with customers. I would give a 0 if I could because of her questionable choice of Christmas displays. Her jewelry would have made a beautiful window but instead she displays false political rhetoric. My family ordered specially made jewelry from her for years. I won't patronize her business from now on though. I have a special piece of jewelry from my parents that was made by her and now I'll always think of this disrespectful statement through her window display when I pull it out to wear. She has ruined the sentiments attached. This is the risk you take as a business to be blatantly political in your window displays. Have some professionalism!

I was referred to her by a friend of our family. I had her create a birth stone pendant of my grandmother's with my grandfather's wedding ring. She did a BEAUTIFUL job and was very reasonable! I get compliments daily on it. Just recently I had her adjust the size of my wedding band set and it was just as well done! She is very honest and trustworthy I would HIGHLY recommend her!!!

After having a bad experience with a sizing of my ring with another jeweler downtown Wooster, I went to see Marty. She was happy to repair the damage to my ring. The other jeweler was unwilling to back their previous repair job. Marty did the repair onsite and it only took a few days. The other jeweler said it would be at least 2-3 weeks. My ring looks beautiful and fits perfectly. Love having this store in our downtown!

I had a ring with 2 stones in it and wanted it split into 2 different rings. I just got them back yesterday and they are beautiful! MacKenzie listened to my preferences, showed me a few ideas, and they came out even better than I expected. Thank you MacKenzie! I am thrilled and will be back with more projects in the future. :-)
