Kohls has great merchandise at reasonable prices. Very clean store. They have the cleanest floor I have ever walked on. Very helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be back soon.

Marsha and Barbi were very friendly and helpful. If you go to Kohls in Wooster, Ohio, ask for them. They are the best!!!!

This is one of the few places that one can still find & buy machine washable dress suits. They cost so much less in the long term.
The reason for 4 stars is the shopping carts are not designed to carry dress clothes without wrinkles. Strange for a store that sells so many articles that are for dress occasions?

I had a great experience at this store . The new changes they have made are great . I was greeted by an associate Nikki who explained all the wonderful new changes they have made and where to find everything. I found the new layout much easier to shop . My cashier for my return was so friendly and cheery . It was nice to have a pleasant cashier as most places don’t have friendly cashiers . The store was very clean and tidy and merchandise was easy to find .

Great place to shop I had a great customer service from Mark Wilcox greated me and chatted also help me look for my rubix cube because I couldn't find it and mark walked back and picked up the rubix cube for me and brought it to customer service. I was cashing out with help hand gillon , & Marsha .
