An awesome staff had to take my husband's 97 Ford f250 diesel it needed the air condition charged they were willing to take it in at the last minute because he had to go to Tennessee they charged it up great prices fast he actually had to shut it off when driving home cuz he said it was so cold they were recommended from Vans Tire service in Wooster. great great service my husband said he has found his new auto shop for his diesel since it is so hard to find places that work on diesels on top of it he met a man in there that was an old friend of his from years ago two surprises in one.
The receptionist was absolutely pleasant courteous quick it was nice to speak to someone that was courteous and not rude

They charged me for work I did not ask for. Gave estimates for things that were irrelevant to appointment. Never fixed the main problem which was engine light
