Jody Ritchey, designer @High Point Furniture is amazing! I needed some large pieces and accessories to pull together our Lake Buckhorn remodel/new build. She came to the house one time to take pictures and measurements. She then created a design plan with pieces from High Point. After approval, everything was ordered and all was delivered several weeks later.
Jody and her amazing team, including High Point owner Lisa Likowski, unpacked, placed and hung all pieces in just a few hours.
To say I’m pleased with the results is an understatement. I’ve purchased a lot of furniture over the years but this has been my best experience.
Design, delivery, quality and price - awesome!

I just purchased my first couch ever with my fiance and I never had such great help. Jody was amazing. I did not feel forced to buy anything and she even helped us out with the measurements that we gave her. She even stayed passed closing time to help us. Which is very helpful for us with our work schedule. I HIGHLY recommend her.

What a great experience we had with HighPoint! We had put off replacing our second hand furniture for many years because we were overwhelmed at both the selection process and the fear of things not fitting up the stairs of our older home. Jody jumped right in with energy and expertise and met us where we were, including coming out to the house with her husband to look around and take measurements. We are beyond happy with the furniture choices, and everything went extremely smooth on delivery day thanks to both Jody's hard work in planning, and two talented delivery men, Bob and Austin. Highly recommend HighPoint!

I had the opportunity to work with Jody- she was wonderful, went above and beyond in helping us design a sectional- making sure it fit just perfect and was exactly what we wanted!! My husband and I recently purchased some furniture from Highpoint. We were very pleased with the service we were provided and impressed with the options in the store. Jody helped us the night we purchased our furniture. She stayed two hours past closing to accommodate us. She and the owner also arranged to have delivery the next day for us, despite the truck already having a full day of deliveries. We are very thankful for the service we received and being able to shop local. We will definitely be buying all of our furniture in the future from HighPoint! Thank you Highpoint!!

I worked with Jody and she is amazing. She asked all the right questions to understand what I was trying to do. I remodeled my condo and she had fabulous ideas and resources when designing the space. Her interior design expertise helped guide and direct me. She helped me coordinate pieces that make my condo now a home. The delivery guys were awesome, helpful, careful, and punctual.
