She came to the house one time to take pictures and measurements. She then created a design plan with pieces from High Point. After approval, everything was ordered and all was delivered several weeks later.
Jody and her amazing team, including High Point owner Lisa Likowski, unpacked, placed and hung all pieces in just a few hours.
To say I’m pleased with the results is an understatement. I’ve purchased a lot of furniture over the years but this has been my best experience.

“Just got a call from Doug, he called for a follow up after I had purchased a mattress. That is good customer service, Doug had helped me look up the mattress I had bought years prior & shipped it out very fast. The guys who dropped it off were nice & friendly. Then like I said, today doug gives a follow up call just to check things out. Definitely recommend these guys. The other store never did that, and this call made this review what it is. Solid mattress, great service & following up to make sure the purchase was good for me. 10 out of 10 will be buying from the original mattress factory again.”
“I’ll start by saying I never post reviews but felt compelled. I sadly dropped my wallet in the restaurant and headed for Columbus unawares. After I realized it was missing I confirmed it was at the Pine Tree Barn. Jackie went way above and beyond and drove it to I 71 and US30 about 30 miles to meet me and deliver the wallet so I could head back to Columbus to catch a flight. I rarely see that level of kindness from a stranger and have now put Pine Tree Barn on my top ten things to do when I’m in Ohio. Thanks again!!”

This place has absolutely done nothing but helped me through the years..My padding in my Recliner needed filled,they came to my home(Like always) with a smile and always positive folks..As far as problems,Not 1,that has never been corrected...From sales to delivery 10/10, I have been using them for years and about to have a pay off soon,?looking for something new already..Best Company in Wooster,Ohio.
