Always something new to see. I go every week to see what's new. Great prices (especially on sale days) always leave with a new find. The employees are super friendly and helpful

Lovely shop with the most unique items, along with very good selection of useful kitchen items, clothing for men women, shoes, costume Jewellery etc at the most reasonable and affordable prices! The items are all pre-owned but almost new or hardly used. Do check it out if you are in downtown Wooster!

This is my very favorite thrift store.
I love that it benefits hospice.
It is well organized and I seem to find things that I just must have.
I wish it were closer as it is 2 hours from me.
I tell all my friends about it.!!!

The store and the items in it are very nice. However, the staff, one lady in particular, was VERY RUDE! She made a rude, snarky remark about the clothing I was wearing and when I was checked out after purchasing my items I said thank you have a nice day and they said absolutely nothing. No thank you, no smile, no nothing. And when I entered the store, nobody greeted me, they just whispered and stared! I won't go back!

Should change their name to "Unfriendlytique". My daughter and I visited this shop and The Nest today. We were never once greeted, asked if we needed help or acknowledged in any way. Least friendly places I've ever visited. There were several people working with very few customers so it wasn't as if they were busy with other customers, they were not. Won't go back and won't recommend it.

Super cute window displays drew us in to this thrift store and we weren’t upset about it. Great variety, but prices tended to be high on larger items. My mom and I each purchased a small item that we love and would check back if we were in the area.

Showed up to pick up furniture, and the store was closed. They had a power outage. (We should have checked their Facebook page before making the trip.) we emailed Kelvin and he responded immediately! 20 minutes later he was there to meet us and kindly helped us load up the furniture. Thanks Kelvin!
