Aaron was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs as an older runner/walker and gave me options without being pushy. Just got back from a run with my new Hoka’s. They felt very stable and comfortable!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Initially, I was skeptical about buying a pair of HOKA shoes, but they have become my preferred footwear. I have flat feet and arch issues, and I often found myself walking on the outside of my feet when wearing regular shoes. However, after a scan of my walking pattern, the staff recommended the Hoka shoes that cater to my specific needs.

The staff here was very kind and extremely helpful! They took me through the foot scanning process and explained everything. They talked about what kind of activities I do and the style of shoes I was looking for. The best shoe buying experience I have ever had.

I highly recommend a trip to Fleet Feet in Wooster if you have a problem finding athletic shoes. Ruth took her time and made several trips to the basement storage room to be sure I got the best fitting and most comfortable shoes.

My experience was so good that I am seriously consider flying from D.C. just to get my next pair.
1. Steve was amazing, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions
2. The process of the footscan was amazing and helpful
3. The shoe selection was spot on, and my choice was easy to make
4. My new shoe gave me instant relief
I cannot say enough about this experience. I am military and was experiencing knee pain when running and this experience and new shoe made an instant difference!

They measure your feet two different ways!! Never seen this done before!! And it only took 20 minutes,measuring and trying on shoes,,they bring out 4-5 pair!!
