Ace Hardware is my go to place for my home repair needs. I love being an ace member. I like the prices and deals. I got my Milwaukee t-shirt today for donating 5 dollars towards a charity they are helping. Great place, very clean and organized store. Along with helpful, friendly employees. I like the fact that it's only a few minutes from my house. Thank you Ace Hardware. I will definitely be back!!

I'm very pleased to be able to obtain Espoma products through E&H Hardware! No matter which product I need for my gardens, Ace can order it at a fairly reasonable price. This time, I bought a 36# bag of Hollytone as well as a 5# boag of Irontone. It's great to be able to get what I need!

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced. Call was placed on 5-29 and faucet was replaced on 5-30. They could've done it same day call was placed if I'd been available. Our technician was Jaydon Marty. He did an amazing job and we're very very pleased. Thank you

We are new to Ohio, we came from Oklahoma where we lost our local Ace, so i was very excited to find there was one here in Wooster Oh where we now call home, everyone at the store was very Friendly and welcoming, and extremely helpful!! I highly recommend this location!!

When in to buy a Traeger Flatrock on 6/15/24 took forever to get help the cashier was trying her best but the guy who came to get it out of the warehouse just kept making excuses of why he couldn’t get it out of the warehouse

I called the plumbing side to fix a plumbing issue they came said it was fixed charged me I believe in the 400’s I went down water was all over my basement. I called them they said we will send someone right out I thought they were fixing what they should have along comes another bill for in the 250’s. I called roto rooter they came out fixed it the right way 383.00 but they warranty their work for 6 months. I would never recommend someone that doesn’t fix it the right the first time or the second. I was asked why I didn’t ask them to come back out??? Three times?? Never again…I can only say good luck if you use them.
