Today was our last trip to CVS. The automated system tells us the prescription is ready when often it is not. It’s impossible to call and talk to a person to confirm. So we usually end up needing a return trip. Then the cost is incorrect every time to we pick up a prescription. They do fix it but we always have go to the back of the line or drive around the building if we use the drive through. Sometimes several times.

Over 2 hours on hold in the past 2 days to find out they still don’t have my sick child’s medicine in stock. This is a pathetic pharmacy you should just close down and unfortunately I have to use you for my insurance. Rite Aid is much better. I was told today I can drive a hour away to pick it up from a different location what a joke. Just go out of business already

I have called more than once to make sure that as an uninsured, non-medicare/medicaid adult that I can receive my COVID-19 shot at no cost to me through the HHS Bridge Program, and the pharmacy staff (when they picked up the phone, only once) acted like they have never heard of such a thing, tried to tell me I was confused, and said I would have to pay full price out of pocket. CVS shouldn't agree to take part in the Bridge Program and then not bother informing employees. also, the phone tree makes it almost impossible to reach a human person, by design.

After 4 days of waiting for a prescription to be filled I went through the drive through. It was not done yet. The next day I go to see if the script is done and I sit in the drive through line for almost 35 minutes with only three cars going through and 6 cars still in front of me. I left. What a joke. Oh, and I still need my script CVS!

This location, like all CVS stores, is a dumpster fire. It has nothing to do with the people at this location. The pharmacy is understaffed and doing the best they can. The staff at all locations is pressured to sell vaccines and other margin enhancing products.Once again poor corporate leadership and management are ruining a good business. Which in turn leads to high turnover in stores and customers who do not get serviced. The best thing anyone can do is to get healthy and reduce the number of prescriptions you need to take so you don’t have to deal with CVS or any big chain drugstore.

This store in Wooster is the pits. It took me 4 hours to get my wife’s prescription filled that was called in by the hospital. Called in at 10:30 am. Got there at 11:30 am, it was not ready. She said they are working on it. Okay I said I would come back for it cause I needed it get my wife home. Come back at 2:50pm., it’s still not ready. I been here now for 1/2 hour and its not ready. Stay away from CVS Wooster

Absolutely horrible experiences. Been waiting for prescriptions for over two weeks. Lack of communication, poor communication. ALL I hear is we are short of staff. If this organization treated their pharmacy staff better they may have better retention. Shame on this organization for expansion of pharmaceutical businesses only looking at dollars without looking at staffing issues.

Tried to schedule an appointment for a covid booster last year and the website said they weren’t taking appointments. Made an appointment to get a covid booster this year at 5 p.m. but because of work I arrived at the sign-in kiosk at 5:02 p.m. only to find they cancelled my appointment with out notifying me. The date/time was correct because I checked my schedule on the website that morning. I give up, going to wal-mart.

Don't expect your prescription to be ready at the time they tell you. 2 hours after the first pickup time, I was told to come back in another 2-3 hours. Not the first time that I've had to wait hours for a prescription. By far the worst pharmacy that I've dealt with. If you have a choice, take your business somewhere else.

Three times in a row...I have a prescription filled; call to see if it's ready - which takes 5 min. to get through their automated system. Then, it's ready! So, you drive 15min. to pick it up? Silly me - it's not ready. Then the attendant gives me attitude for thinking it would be ready. What? It was called in 3 hours ago. I call and it says it's ready. I get there and it's not. You want to give me attitude? What's worse? This is the third time it's happened like this. I would go elsewhere, but my insurance forces me to use CVS.Please. Improve your process. If your automated system says it's ready, it should be ready. This seems so basic...

Do yourself a favor and just get your prescriptions from somewhere else. Never on time and we are talking days. I’ve gone to several cvs pharmacies with no problems this location needs some major help.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to and they constantly close on random days. Was told they were going to "put a rush" on my medication after I had already called it in 1.5 hours earlier and that "rush" would be another 3 hours. That was yesterday. I am back here again today, because I didn't feel like waiting around for 3 hours, and my medication is still not ready

I had a good experience receiving my COVID vaccination and boosters. The online scheduling worked great and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The store was clean and well-organized and staff quickly pointed me to where I needed to go. I would highly recommend this location. Please click the Like button if you found this review helpful.

This is a great local hometown pharmacy. The Minute Clinic has seen all of my kids from time to time. The service has always been caring and efficient when we needed immediate treatment. The pharmacy can at times take a while. It seems to be due to them being understaffed. I patiently await my turn at the window and am always treated like my and my families needs are their top priority. I give them the benefit of the doubt when I'm waiting in a long line. It's because they are doing their absolute best to meet the needs of the people in front of me in line. The only rudeness I've experienced there was from other customers. Even in the face of hostility, I witnessed these dedicated employees handle it with grace and compassion. They will continue to have my family's business.
