If I could rate a zero, I would. I've been working in fast food and gas stations for 12 years. I'm very good at my job even when it proves stressful. I really do think a cheerful hello when you walk in the door matters. A smile compared to a frown matters. I've never been amazed coming into this store, but it's close to my house. However, I will never come back. My mother stopped in your "Convenient Store" if you could even call it that. To get gas and cigarettes as she does quite often. She got $40 in gas and 2 packs of cigarettes. The total was $51.97 she goes outside to pump her gas annnddd nothing. So she goes back inside to be like hey ?? I was just in here. I'm sure you remember me from one minute ago. Yeah, my gas isn't pumping. So the lady asked for her receipt, and my mom didn't have one. She explained that she was just in here and showed the lady her bank account from 2 MINUTES AGO. Lady finds the receipt annnndd tells my mom, "Oh well, nothing I can do ??♀️. What. What do you mean? She tells my mom she can't get her gas and she can't give her back her money. So that's going nowhere my mom leaves. Stops back in the next day hoping to get the general manager. Does she no she GETS THE SAME LADY. Who again is rude and will do nothing. Another man who was working took my mom's phone number for his "General manager" who has never called my mom. I'm convinced no one actually runs this store. I would be ashamed of this store. I pride myself and the store I work for on positivity and cleanliness. It's easy to accomplish if you're setting the example yourself. Your staff is a reflection of you.

Leanne & Kara are always very friendly and helpful. It's nice to go into a store nowadays and actually have the staff talk to you! These two are great! The store is always clean when they're working and everything looks nice!

Store clerk was very very rude 09 27 2023 app 3.30pm because i did not want use self check out when I paid she continued to talk after i repeatedly told her I was done . She still was yelled at me as I was going out the door.

It's a convenience store gas station. The people behind the counter look like zombies just going through the motions. The coffee is pretty horrific but it won't take the paint off a car. I can't give it a better review because it felt like I was walking around in a dystopian version of Circle K. I don't expect to be greeted by cheering people when I go to a convenience store but WOW that was depressing.
