Sold me a PS4 and controller and can't even connect the controller. My older controller is now acting funny since I connected to the console. Once it got connected I can't even do nothing on the PS4. I got logged into my account downloaded games. Turned it off now it's not even letting me turn my controller on it so I can't even take my account with all my info off of this broken PS4.

The guys that work there r jerks. They wanna give pennies for name brand items brand new. The one guy was rude and said not interested in coach tennis shoes. But yet their selling used dirty looking tennis shoes. Also had a coach purse that was in perfect condition and he wouldn't take it acted it wasn't real. A pair of UGGs brand new still in box w tags offered me 15$ that's ridiculous. Claimed that they will be hard idem to sell. They were rude and I was already upset bc I had to sell my stuff that I li paid alot of money for and was offered pennies

So I went here looking to sale a practically brand new ps5 controller a headset that I bought literally bought 4 months ago that cost 140+ and they offered me 15$ for the headset and 20$ for the controller absolutely ridiculous the staff were cool but whatever tool or site they use to calculate how much they should pay is 100% set up to scam the customer

This place is racist they won't buy anything at all if they do you have a 1000 item they say we only do 50 bucks on those if your black there not interested in whatever you have there manager must be stealing the company's money this isn't pawn shop I don't know what it is don't do any business here at all go elsewhere
