“I had a one-way vehicle rental from an Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Michigan and drove it down to Ohio to pick up a new car I was purchasing at a car dealer. I was intending to drop off my rental vehicle at the Enterprise location in Wooster, OH. However, when I spoke with Gabby the local Enterprise representative, she indicated the Wooster Enterprise team would be willing to come pick up the vehicle at the dealer I was at - about 25 miles away. I simply left the keys to the vehicle with my sales person at the dealer and it was picked up. Wow - great! This was a tremendous time savings for me and extremely convenient! Gabby's customer service focus is indicative of the excellent customer service I always receive at Enterprise! Without fail, I use Enterprise Rent-A-Car whenever possible.
