Recently had an emergency repair needed on a work truck. The crew there, namely Josh, did a fantastic job at getting timely repairs done at a reasonable price. Saved me a ton of headache having the truck out of commission. 5/5 highly recommended

A friend told me about this place having more affordable tires. Mine was going bald. So i got a new tire n oil change. Reasonable prices & the service was great! Very kind over the phone. This is going to be my new shop i start taking my vehicle to!

The owner is friendly and straightforward. Desi at the front desk is awesome. They have taken care of at least 4 of our last 5 vehicles and have always provided the best service. We moved to Kent and drove back to Wooster to get our Subaru serviced...Love and trust this establishment!

I had to stop in for a tire repair as I had a screw in my tread and was loosing pressure. No appointment, they were so nice to get me in and fix my tire. Very friendly and professional.

Had a flat, called the shop 10 minutes prior to close, owner himself stayed over to ensure my tire was repaired and road worthy. Thank you for the outstanding service, really rare these days to find quality service!!

I have taken my vehicle to this business a few times since moving to the area and both times I have had great experiences. It’s always hard finding people you trust to work on your vehicle and so I am so thankful that I have a place where I know I can receive honest feedback on my vehicles. We were recommended by a helpful employee at Auto Zone and he shared this place is the only place he would take his vehicle and that he had been going there for years. I trust real life face to face reviews and personal experiences and so I won’t be taking my cars anywhere else as long as Ackerman can accept more business. Thank you so much! I appreciate the honesty of your staff.

I got a flat tire on a road trip and had no spare tire, because apparently that's a thing with hybrids. I had to get towed to the nearest tire shop, which happened to be Ackerman Auto and Tire. One of their technicians immediately removed the tire in the parking lot, pulled out a large bolt that had caused the puncture, and repaired the tire in less than 30 minutes. All for about $25.00! This place was awesome. I wish I lived closer, so I could give them more business. Highly recommend.
