Amber Gillette, Retail Travel Agent.What a wonderful lady, she was very professional and courteous. She listened to my needs and concerns and went above and beyond my expectations for finding me the right flight. I will certainly be using her every time I fly as long as she’s available…A score of 10 does not even come close the her service.

Well there weren't to many people that could help me. They had alot of brochures, but if I wanted something specific I would of had to meet with a certain person, which the only one was busy. The 2 ladies up front weren't very friendly, they acted like I was bothering them, it's just not the most inviting place that it used to be.

I stopped into the Wooster facility to pick up tour books. yes, it had been awhile. no tour books only digital, ok no one could speak with you about travel so I thought I'll call. tried calling several times everyone always busy was transferred to Wadsworth office the guy said he could help but since I only was a plus member he would need to charge me for the service. I declinedand trying to get to the digital tour books for me was a no go so I ordered one for free from my destination for free.the person working the desk when you walk in is very friendly everyone else looked very unhappy even though they were busy

I am a Knox County resident and have always gone to the Mount Vernon office. Going to Wooster AAA was a real disappointment. I was used to very friendly agents, Even during Covid I would be invited to their desk while they helped me. That does not happen in Wooster. I will find another AAA store.
