This is solely for the pharmacy. They do not call when there is an issue with a prescription. You have to wait until you go into the store to find out about it. I called in a prescription and instead of calling me to say they wouldn't have any in for 3 days I have to wait until I can go in after work to find out.

Just do not like the amount of time it takes for them to fill a prescription. It's unnecessarily too long of a wait!
