Been working with RAL about a year. It was a pleasure from day one. Emi was very friendly and professional from the start. Few problems with a tenant was resolved very quickly and repairs and maintenance was done in a timely manner within a reasonable budget. I can recommend RAL to anyone looking for a property manager with full confidence.

Smooth move in process, we have been in the house for 8 months and I am very happy with the communication and maintenance.My husband rented from Ral before he was deployed and when he came back here we are again.

A friend of mine recommended Emi as a property manager. I needed to make sure that they would always provide timely follow-ups for maintenance requests and fill vacancies. They've been great for the yeae I've hired them so far.

This is the worst place to give your money to they don't answer phones they don't show houses all they do is keep your money and if you don't believe me try it they're not going to show you, they have no professionality this place is the worst home rental place in the city of Cleveland

Very unprofessional group of people. I really liked the properties, hated having to go through this team. Ended up renting with Realty Now Property Management. Got approved & moved in within a week. More than I can say RAL did for me in a month.

I would think twice before giving this company a chance. Literally took my money when it came to applications fees because they never called me back, every time I called and asked about the status of my application, they always had an attitude and gave me false information and to make matters worse, they knew they already had a pending applicant for the home I went to view and never once did any one offer to move my application to a different property. I can’t do business with people like that. Sorry not sorry

I'm not to sure about this company it's based In Ohio but when dealing with them in another state their business name changes which is odd.. and when I looked up the property the real owners Name is displayed instead of this company, and for me that was a red flag.

Reasonably priced, fair value for what you get. Work with you if you have a hardship. Easy to transfer to another property in their network. Some properties need some updating but this is how they are able to keep their rates lower than most.

Stephen was great to work with!! He promptly returned my calls and was quick to do a viewing of the property I was interested in. I filled out the application and had talked to him the very next day regarding the house. That evening we met, and had turned in the deposit! It was an easy process and I am looking forward to work with him and Ral property Management for the duration of my future lease!!

Been living in my single rented house for a 1 year and a half now and it's been pretty great. Last year my furnace blow out and they came out and fixed it. There's been other things here and there that needed to be fixed and all I have to do is put in a request for it on their website with details about it and they send someone out. Which is pretty freaking cool. My landlord Stephen is awesome! Whenever I have a question I can go to him for it. When the 1st anniversary of me staying at my house came they wanted to up my rent to $100. Crazy amount for my first year I thought. I talked to Stephen about this and he informed me why this was, and he took it a step further and told me that he would talk to his boss about going down a bit on that $100 increase. Seeing that I've been putting a lot of work into the yard that year. He was able to knock it down to $50 for me. Stephen didn't have to do that. He could have just told me thats the price and said sorry. It's been a long time since I actually had a real landlord. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

I’ve been a tenant for almost a year now. I have zero complaints! Stephan is great at what he does! The communication is also great. If you are looking for a reliable rental management, this is the company for you!

If you are looking to rent from this property manager I highly do not recommend! They will claim the application process takes up to 1 week and an email will automatically be sent out to let you know the application is processed and approved or denied. The application will never be processed and only one person works on application and is Mr. Stephen . But when I originally called mr. Stephen phone a lady answered stating that she works on Saturdays and the application will be done than . Needless to say we are now 3weeks out no email was ever sent , Numerous of unanswered text messages and phone calls later . Mr. Stephens answer the phone and states the house has been rented , I let him know that Is fine there is other homes on the site I am interested in . He than goes on to let me know that although I am meeting all qualifications that it is on the lower end and proceeds to say if a lower rent house becomes available he will call . (I make 250 over the requirements of 3x the rent) . I than told mr Stephen that there is multiple houses for rent at a lower price one which just posted the night before .( I was checking the site daily) he proceeds to tell me they all are rented and ends the call. The houses or still up on the site and can be scheduled for a viewing if you ask me they are SCAMMING either that or MR.Stephan is too lazy to do his job to actually help .
