Bankers do not know what they are doing. The manager gave me the "Best Banker" (his words) and he improperly processed paperwork for us 3 times. Tellers are very rude and don't like to answer questions.

Nick Marek, Banker. He is super considerate! Saw me wearing a mask and put a mask on to talk with me. He's great! I would highly recommend asking for him.

This was the first branch I worked with when it was National City. Now it's PNC and they've got a great manager...David Cross! Set up a line of credit with no issues and got help with a vehicle transaction I had out of state! Couldn't be happier! Great guy!

Assistant Manager Geoff is very difficult to work with, humiliated me while making a withdrawal. I’ve been a loyal PNC customer but I’ll be taking my $ somewhere else.
