The sales associate was very friendly when handling my return. She even checked the store inventory for a smaller size. She then ordered a smaller size from their website and let me know how long the shipping would be. It was a great experience.

Surprised with all the poor reviews, the service was great and it was quick and easy for me to process my like-new item.
Also surprised there aren’t that many stores in Cleveland so had to drive out from downtown.
