Went in today to shop for some clothes. There was only one other person shopping inside the store, but the woman working didn’t acknowledge me once when I came in and was walking around the store. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman minus the fact that I am not in that profession. Needless to say, I will not be spending money there.

So this review is just for the mall not the stores not the restaurants. This mall is very pretty there's lots of plants and lighting and many skylights so it's bright and cheerful. There are plenty of spaces to sit and many tables available. There's access to many of the stores through the mall and there's a public restroom. What I'm NOT a big fan of is the inconsistent and weak Wi-Fi and the loud music. Due to the inconsistent Wi-Fi and the loud music, It's impossible to have a business phone call or a business lunch, or a Skype mtg. , webinar or work remotely from this place. I would come here every day if the music wasn't so loud and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and consistent. Which in turn would bring more business to Paladar and Bspot since those are my favorite lunch places. Eaton is a lovely mall with all the plants and beautiful lighting, so as long as WiFi is not a concern, this is a great place.

A great place to do some shopping! We love Trader Joe's! My favorite stores are Tiffany & Co, free people and Anthropologie. Apple is always crazy busy but that's to be expected. It's a nice plaza and well kept. Usually pretty busy here but it's a great place to grab a Starbucks and do some shopping especially on a warm day!

The design of this small indoor mall was very quaint and small.the boutiques were very cute and I really enjoyed the beautiful art displayed throughout.

Only designer I consistently buy. Classic and bohemian at the same time. No one drapes clothing like her.

Before Chagrin Blvd became a hotspot for commercial development, all that stood on what is currently Eton was a Big Boy restaurant and a dilapidated bowling alley... that was 25 years ago! Fast forward to 2018, and that same strip if land along Chagrin has become a prime area for commercial development that continues to expand. Eton has evolved over time from a barren mall dotted with a few obscure, and rather pricey shops, to a robust modern shopping complex that offers fine dining as well as quick eats and retail outlets. Grab a burger from B- Spot and browse the countless rows of books at Barnes and Noble

Here is how I utilize Eton mall for my toddler's entertainment: 1. When weather is bad, bring a toddler-size stroller for her to walk around in the mall 2. In the summer they have band playing outdoors. It's good to expose them to music early on to learn how different melodies and instruments work together. 3. In Barnes and nobles, the train set goes up and down the "slide" as my tot calls it. Teaches motion, force and gravity. 4. When family get hungry, go get a burger. (Or pasta on the edge of the mall)
