I used to shop at DXL in Phoenix Arizona. At my store I shopped at, I was helped out by a man who had experience selling men's clothing. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. I saw DXL in Beachwood Ohio after relocating here and was very excited for a similar experience. I had to shop and pick things out myself as nobody offered to help me. At the register I asked if I can have the hanger and the lazy looking female clerk told me no they don't give their hangers away. I explained that I spent $60 on the shirt and could really use the hanger. . She still refused. I looked at her and I told her that I probably won't ever be back and she told me that was fine

Everytime I go into the store I am always greeted with a smile or a hello which is nice the only thing I wish is that the polo section had more items but aside from that everything else is fine.

Great service had what I needed and the items that I wanted that wasn't in my size I was able to order there and have them shipped to my home.

I had the delight to greeted by Angela, I was greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed. Throughout the whole process of shopping Angela was there prompt and very courteous. Angela pieced me together a couple of different outfits. As a bonus she even suggested cologne which I loved the smell. Thank you @DXL for hiring people with top notch customer service skills.
