I went in to cash, a check, the teller William yes what is the most unprofessional teller I have ever dealt with. He would not cash my check simply because I wasn’t a customer with his bank, which you do not need to be. And smiled at me because he knew what he was doing. I will be reaching out to managers all the way up the chain my aunt Pp is involved with citizens bank and I’m going to make sure he’s reprimanded do not recommend dealing with William at this location

The lady working here with the braids seem to not know how to do her job I asked her to cash my check and then put into my account she claimed she couldn’t do that I have never had a problem at any other citizen bank won’t be coming back to this location the worker made no effort.

This bank customer service is terrible! The females that work particularly at the woodmere location... are very ignorant and rude.

Very nice people at this bank. I went in to close all my Citizens Bank accounts because Citizens Bank SUCKS. They even help me set up auto pay from my new PNC checking account.

The Teller deposited my $4500 into someone else's account and after a week, nothing has been resolved. However, If am overdrawn they have no problem removing their money from my account expeditiously.

After waiting 20 minutes to open an account I was told no one was available to do so and that I should come back on Monday. The one individual who could open the account was with another customer so I waited patiently; however, they close at 2pm and don't want to be stuck after hours having to service a new customer. Never mind me having to be inconvenienced for 20 minutes. They should have just told me that when I walked in the door. I'll just go to a bank who has Representatives who are capable and more than willing to take my money.
