Went in to try on a shirt. The staff is using foul language to tease each other and then rude to me after I try on a shirt and decide not to buy it. Just a word of caution to others looking for help. You won’t find it here.

The staff were super lazy and they didn’t allow us to unfold the shirts or try it on at the store. They made my husband try a different shirt same size so he don’t unfold the one he got and when we returned home we found out that the shirt has a different fit than the one he tried at store!

Middle of road quality, over priced. My son is not happy with the quality or tailoring of his new suit but the process was such an extended hassle that he does not want to go back.

Just went into the store to return some items. The man that helped me could not have been more inconvenienced by my request to return. I was originally going to look around to replace the items and shop in store but after his foul attitude I decided to shop online.

Had a employee who did not know what she was doing. I went in for a shirt, which they did not have. She told me we could order it through the store and have it delivered to my home, which is what I did. I gave her my address and she misspelled the name of my street. I called Brooks Brothers National line after I discovered this and they said the store said they would fix it, which they did not because it still shows the misspelled address. I expect more from Brooks Brothers because you pay more from Brooks Brothers but sadly that must not be the case anymore.

The suits are fine, not what Brooks used to be but fine when there’s a sale. The problem at this location is the staff. There are too many of them on at any given time, and the condescension is palpable. Attitude anytime I’ve voiced frustrations about my suit taking a month, and them not having communicated a timeframe on the alterations. People leave the store because engaging with your staff is an unpleasant experience. This is, in reality, a 2.7 star review.

Sales staff were rather obnoxious and carrying on loud, pretentious conversations that you could hear all over the store as well as making inappropriate comments. When I was looking at a table of shirts in three boxes, the salesperson said sternly and laconically " They're smalls." So, I go to the next box, and the salesperson says "They're smalls." as if once wasn't enough and I couldn't possibly wear them, which is true. Is there anything wrong with allowing me to look? It was like I wasn't permitted. Well, first of all you let me worry about the size. You don't know the situation or who I'm buying for. Secondly, while they were mostly smalls I did find there were other sizes mixed in the boxes that were evidently miscategorized. When I stated about the mixed sizes, the salesperson made an obnoxious comment about ".....the women (salespeople) must have done that......." I forgot to bring my credit card and asked my husband to pay for my purchase using his credit card. Continuing in the same obnoxious vein, the salesperson said "How are you going to use your rewards if you are using his (rewards) account?" At this point being rather pissed, I shot back rudely "I didn't say that. I am using my rewards account to get the points and use my rewards certificates, and he is making the payment." The salesperson then attempted to engage us in small talk, asking personal questions and what we thought of the new clothing line. I wasn't taking the bait and falling in the trap of having subtle nouveaux riche-type comments/disparaging thoughts projected at my responses as I have experienced in the past from other clothing store employees that have a cavalier opinion but don't have a dime to their name. To my chagrin, my husband continued to talk to them. I have never been impressed with the staff at this particular location, but it's never been quite this bad in the past.

Terrible experience. The woman who "helped" us was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I ended up buying online as I did not want to give money to these people. Do yourself a favor and shop at a place where they have a modicum of respect for their clients.

Taking your teenage son shopping for dress clothes is never something the kid looks forward to, but Mr. Mason and the rest of the gentlemen at Brooks Brothers in Woodmere helped make today’s outing easy and my son looked great in everything they picked out!
