Great assortment of suits, knowledgeable staff, but poor service given the price point. The gentleman helping me was very well-mannered and attentive to my needs. However, for whatever reason, he could not get my name right. When checking out, I asked if the suit could be done by the 25th, and he consulted the tailor and said that yes, it could be done by the 25th. When it was the 15th and I hadn’t heard from them, I gave them a call to check in and he explained to me that their records showed that I asked for it on July 5, not June 25th. I assumed there must have been some sort of miscommunication so I left it alone. When I received my suit on July 5th, the package was addressed to “Elizabeth Schneller”. The tag attached to the suit was not only labeled for “Felisha Scheller”, but also very clearly showed that it was to be done by June 25th. When I tried the suit on, I found loose threads hanging off the hem of the pants. For the reputation and price point, I expected better service, and I certainly didn’t expect to be lied to.

I recently visited Brooks Brothers for a made-to-measure tuxedo for my wedding, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. Unfortunately, there was a factory issue with the tuxedo, but the store manager, John Doyle, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. He quickly addressed the issue, reassured me throughout the process, and ultimately earned my trust. Thanks to John, I felt confident and looked great on my big day. Highly recommend Brooks Brothers and especially John for his exceptional service!

As expected, great service, quality men’s wear and fast accurate alterations. This location lives up to everything Brooks Brothers represents.
If you’re in the market for a suit, shop Brooks Brothers. There is a significant difference in quality, fit, and durability between Brooks Brothers and Men’s Wearhouse / J.A. Bank “off the rack” cheap cuts. You won’t be disappointed.

I have never been ignored so much as when I walk into this store to buy 2 suits. Not even a hello or any eye contact….maybe you should keep wiping up the counters while i walk around ready to buy something.

I’ve been shopping here for years and have spent thousands with this store, but recently I have felt the need to write this review after much consideration and plenty of chances. This store specifically has the most unhelpful and unfriendly staff I have ever encountered in retail. When I come into this store I feel like the employees are just leering at me and their overall demeanor is miserable. My son had recently went to return something and even he had mentioned that the store employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. This is not the Brooks Brothers I knew and most certainly not the staff that I would pick for my experience at Brooks. Hopefully they can figure it out, because the decline in quality and then adding an unfriendly staff makes for a recipe for disaster. Here’s hoping for something to save this once respectable and enjoyable company.

Went in to try on a shirt. The staff is using foul language to tease each other and then rude to me after I try on a shirt and decide not to buy it. Just a word of caution to others looking for help. You won’t find it here.

The staff were super lazy and they didn’t allow us to unfold the shirts or try it on at the store. They made my husband try a different shirt same size so he don’t unfold the one he got and when we returned home we found out that the shirt has a different fit than the one he tried at store!

Middle of road quality, over priced. My son is not happy with the quality or tailoring of his new suit but the process was such an extended hassle that he does not want to go back.

Just went into the store to return some items. The man that helped me could not have been more inconvenienced by my request to return. I was originally going to look around to replace the items and shop in store but after his foul attitude I decided to shop online.
