I had an excellent experience at this Bank of America branch. Preeti Attar was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of opening my bank account, making it smooth and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. The entire staff at the branch was welcoming (including the manager Shay), and the service was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch service. Thank you, Preeti, and the team for making my visit so pleasant and easy for me!

Had the privilege of watching the teller stare at our check for deposit 10 minurtes, the teller's face scrunching up as they looked for details that justified her reluctance to help us. I'm sure if you're used to your bank treating you like you are not even real when you try to use their services, this would be just more of the same, but it was a new experience for me. No one chooses this bank because they want to, and I am sure no one chooses this location either. Strongly recommend banking at another company, or if you are locked in like us, strongly recommend never returning to this branch.

Don’t even waste your time. Handed them cash for a cashiers check and they proceeded to give me the run around for 45 minutes just to say they couldn’t do it. They have no idea what they are doing go bank with Chase

What's the issue with this Bank of America branch? I've resided on the East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest, and I struggle to recall a less satisfactory BOA branch than this one. There's something off about the staff—could it be laziness or incompetence? It's hard to pinpoint. Each time I leave, I'm left with the impression that they're not quite sure of their operations. On Monday, I visited with an inquiry regarding a check reissue. I brought in the check, a BOA check that I'd received in 2021 and never cashed due to the pandemic. Taylor conducted a superficial computer search and repeatedly mentioned it would require more thorough work to get the check reissued. He suggested I call the 800 number on my debit card, (as if not realizing that I wouldn't have come into a branch unless I was keen to avoid that! Duh!), or he offered to assist me if I could wait for 90 minutes. Consistently the worst BOA, visit after visit. Most of the time when I go in there with questions, they are very quick to say "Call the 800 number" as if they can't be bothered or simply don't know their stuff; they have a Merrill guy who comes in 1 day a week is booked way out for meetings; and they never pick up their branch phone. Very few things seem to align in a positive way at this branch. Sad!

Terrible place. No money. Won’t give you your own money. Cashiers checks never work here. Never staffed. Terrible parking. Do not accept appointments via website. Poorly managed.

So I've been cashing my same check here for the last 4 weeks. Today in told I cant cash it even though I have a bank of America account. You guys aren't gonna hold my cash for 5 days and it's ridiculous that you'd make me go to another bank to cash a check when I've done it at this same place. I will not be dealing with this place any more and I will be wanting others not to go here either. I literally got off of work and the dude could've confirmed my check by calling my boss. Bro your clerks allowed foashed 5 times before yesterday so shut up . Like now scam and the dude you had training another employee today was trash. Don't ever talk again.
