The employee at the rocky river location with the blond hair is rude, controlling, and has zero sales skills or customer service . Avoid this location if you want to be treated like a customer should be treated ! She needs training ! Horrible

Huge shout out to Amy's! I live out of state and just stumbled upon the boutique's website kind of by accident! I placed an online order and not only was the shipping SO fast, but it was packaged beautifully with a personal handwritten note! I also had sent an email with an additional question I had regarding my order and received a super quick response! I'll definitely be shopping their site some more!

I love the selection of "Cloud" shoes and boots. I receive so many compliments. I am middle age and never thought I would find shoes at Amy's because I have "problem" feet. Voila, Cloud shoes have enough room to inset my orthodics. Plus, unique, fun selection of socks.

The employees are very kind and attentive to every customer as the enter the store and as they shop. They answer any question you have and there is no pressure to purchase. The store and all of it's items are beautiful and unique.

Wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful, friendly & accomodating. The interiors are very fitting for such a posh location, too. The owner, Amy, and her canine mascot, Vader, are sure to give you an exceptional shopping experience. No matter what you are looking for, Amy's Shoes should be on the list for all shoe lovers!
