Wrote into monthly payment a service contract, that I did not want. But in 1st month, had issue, took to service, want to charge 177 to check carrier bearing, which is a drive around block, an 10 min on lift!!! Then said not covered, called superior who handle service contract, stated that yes that is covered. Just message from Raymond that no not covered, now want 217 instead of 177. Told keep my spare Fing keys. I'm done!!!! Talked out both side of face on every aspect purchase. I will tell every family member social media. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Gerry Raymond employees were very kind and helpful. I went in for an oil change and while I was waiting decided to browse around at the cars for sale. Even though I let them know I was not buying, they still spent plenty of time with me and my husband answering any questions we had and telling us about the car. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a car and/ or needing service to their existing car.

Payments went from $889.00 on Saturday to $989.00 day I picked it up. My trade went from giving me $32,000 on Saturday to $26,000 on Day I picked it up. Intrest rate went from 11% to 16% on day I picked it up. I already set for 3hrs after working 12hrs that day so I said piss on it and signed for it. Luckily my wife doesn’t do the finances. I know you all asked not to put negativity on this review but one thing my father taught me is not to lie. I do have huge dent in my roof I do have A airbag hanging out brakes need adjustment and truck needs alignment. This is my only vehicle so me trying to leave it and getting to work is impossible. Seriously thinking of trading in on Toyota with all issues going on with the Colorados. Anyway no I probably wouldn’t deal with you all anymore or ever again. Sorry that’s just the truth of it all.

I just want to make sure that all my friends know to never buy a car from Gerry Raymond Chevy. They screwed my mom over big time. They lied about the cost of her car price, accessories, trade in and literally everything during her purchase. They didn’t even put her down payment on the starting price. The entire experience was a mess. There are so many people buying cars and to have people lie through their teeth is just a shame to the people in the valley. Don’t go there but if you do check your papers cuz the price they tell you isn’t what you’re getting.
So after looking at the response I got on this google review I want to make sure that people are aware the my mom went back in a spoke with management, they tried to gaslight her that there was a misunderstanding when there clearly wasn’t when she showed them her paperwork and what was on the sticker of her car, proceeded to blow her off and THEN try to sell her on other items. So yeah not the best place to do business.
