Was late was to be done on fri said my glass didnt come in then I find out that they went to a penns game friday and was to put glass in sat at 10am didnt show up till 11:15 would never use them again or send anyone to them

I called and scheduled an appointment for a specific date due to travel plans. They failed to arrive and make the repair. They told me that the appointment was the following week. I left the appointment in place for the following week and on the date of the appointment they called and cancelled because they did not have a technician to complete the repair. Completely unreliable!
