I was broke down on highway, hour and a half from house and Called them 3 minutes before closing and I didn’t make it to shop until 5 minutes after closing and they 2 gentlemen let me in and helped me do all I could to get my truck back on the road. Went way beyond there duty. There’s still good people in the world and these two guys are proof. God bless

I went into the NAPA store this morning. I spoke with a guy with short dark brown hair. He looked to be in his 30s. I asked if there was a tool or something where I could take the bulbs from my headlights out with because the area working in was so tight. He looked at me with his eyes as if he could run through me. He said, "There is no tool to take them out. You know what I mean!" You could hear the rudeness in his voice and with looks to kill. No more NAPA stores for me.

I went into the NAPA store this morning. I spoke with a guy with short dark brown hair. He looked to be in his 30s. I asked if there was a tool or something where I could take the bulbs from my headlights out with because the area working in was so tight. He looked at me with his eyes as if he could run through me. He said, "There is no tool to take them out. You know what I mean!" You could hear the rudeness in his voice and with looks to kill. No more NAPA stores for me.

3/14/22 I had stopped to have Napa Proformer brake pads replaced that had went bad. These pads are limited lifetime warranty, a lady waited on us said she could not do anything because these brake pads only have a 1 year warranty. One year warranty??? I will no longer deal with this store. I hate liers. She looked surprised when I refused to pay for a new set of brake pads & walked out.
