Very disappointed. I ordered a birthday cake for my Mother’s 84th birthday 3weeks in advance. Went to pick it up and they never made it. Never again will I use Kroger’s baker’s.. Can’t depend on them!!!! I would really like to give zero stars!!!

I was able to find what i was looking for at good prices in the foods and at good quality, plus nice customer service. The woman's toilet room has a toilet with a handle not functioning right.

Would rather drive to Weirton than ever step foot in this place again! Every single cashier hates their life and treats customers like crap. Was told they have some new policy to let employees have more control over fixing customers issues (instead of grabbing a manager). If so that's not working very well. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
It's been a while. Stopped in and couldn't believe how high the prices were. $4.00 more on a lot of protein items. And $1-2 more for every day items. Got to the front to pay get everything in my bag. The machine won't let me pay credit. The lady said because it was a Mastercard. Ok?? And? What a weird system. I put everything back as I didn't have a PIN for my card. Seems kinda dumb. She didn't even try to check me out herself so. Bye!

Go to check out and employees are literally hovering over your shoulder. I turned around and almost elbowed the lady in the face. 2 seconds later she was right back behind me doing the samething. Manager brandon didnt care when i called and said something. Pretty much said we do that to everyone but she was only standing behind me and when i left she stood at the front again while others checked out.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This Kroger, along with all Krogers, are a complete joke. I was out of town for work and came to this store to get a few things on my way home. Upon entering their store, while it was dark and rainy, I hit a huge pothole causing my tire to bust and it bent my rim. I have filed a claim as instructed by the store manager and their claims company keeps ignoring my emails. Previously, for my entire life, I have always been a Kroger shopper but now, I do what I can to avoid Kroger and give my money to other stores who care enough about their customers to keep their lots free from potholes that can cause damage to someone or their personal property.

Deli hours are no consistent. I was told the deli opens at 9:00am but I've been there at 9:30am,food bar is stocked, but the lights are off, no employees there for service
