This store is amazing and what makes it amazing is the manager. She is soo kind, loving, and courteous. Nianza goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of and is the most honest person I've ever met. She is extremely helpful and will drop what she's doing just to help someone. She always uplifts everyone . She cares and she makes it known. She makes sure everyone is happy and loved. I can't say enough about shopping at a store and knowing I am in good hands. That nianza is an angel she has a heart of gold. I know that customers including myself will shop at family dollar wintersville store 4669 just to see the manager nianza and talk to her. She's truly astounding.

At least two associates in store up front @ cashier counters. One female; one male. Both friendly. Nice to see on a Saturday evening, versus other dollar mkt stores where they're understaffed.

Friendly staff - always helpful and patient. Nice items you can buy for a snack and often sometimes for nice prices. Sometimes out of stock on things with the current virus situation, but is a nice kept store, constantly updating. and the staff makes it worth going into.
