NOT a man of his word.I had an unusual situation and ultimately resided in a nursing home for 5 months. In the end, DeFrank's refused to answer my calls, hiding behind caller ID. You can't handle a dispute unless you actually talk to your customer!Shame on you!Oh, and they close at 3pm!!

Could not have had a worse experience. I was involved in a minor car accident that caused my passenger mirror to break along with the window glass and some minor body damage. The body damage repair that they did was done well. That is the only thing that was done well. They took the broken mirror off my car and let it sit outside while waiting to get the new mirror. During this time it poured rain. Water got into my car door through the opening that was left when the mirror was removed. I have blind spot monitors (the electronic ones) in my mirrors. When I went to pick up my car after DeFrank told me it was dove my car was giving me two different errors saying the blind spot monitor and cross traffic were not working. I was told by DeFrank to take my car to a dealership where they would only have to reset the electrical computer in the car (not the reset that I have access to). Upon the dealerships inspection they learned that the electrical harness was damaged from the water that DeFrank let get into my car door. I could go on and on about how they damaged my car more and were extremely rude to me. Please save yourself and go somewhere else.
