“I use this carwash because it is close by and has a monthly membership program. The towel dry quality depends on who is currently working that shift, there is one man who gives full care and attention, but another employee who goes too quick for comfort. They use a powerwasher to get off the bugs from your front bumper, which is fantastic and it is the first carwash I have been to that does that.”
“I like the automatic car wash here. I have a hatch back and it's one of the few that gets the back of my car mostly clean. There are open bays as well as vacuums.”

“We only used the vacuum. The automatic and self- use bays don't wash as well as they used to, especially for the energy one has to use to self wash their vehicle with an old brush.... and the price you'll pay if you want it actually clean.. .if your car is covered by road salt or mud, it's best to prewash it with a hose or the self use pressure washer (without brush) - before using the automatic wash. Otherwise the car was still dirty. The brush just smeared the salt on the car, so while it's wet, it'll look clean.”

When it would not accept my last dollar, I pushed the refund button and the machine flashed "Out of Order" and kept my money. Fortunately, after contacting the business' customer service number, I promptly received a cash refund in the mail PLUS a coupon for a free car wash in the future. I was impressed by their prompt professionalism and customer satisfaction.”
