I thought the value of customer service has been taken away from business now days however 427 Kustoms was amazing in customer service. Knowledgeable , friendly, and my favorite part was they didnt try to over charge me. I was told $450 to $650 from other local businesses for the same job 427 Kustoms charged me $240. By the end of the job they did for me it was $160...amazing service amazing work 10 stars

Called to see about getting an aftermarket radio installed. First time I called, the lady took down my information and said she would call me back. I waited a week and called back in, and a guy said they haven’t heard back from their supplier to get the parts for my install and that they would call me back. Never heard anything back so I called once more about a month later and they just let the phone ring and never answered nor called me back. If you didn’t want the job all you had to do was tell me from the beginning.

A few years ago I got a remote starter installed on my 2012 Ford Focus. Very happy with the service I received, the starter worked and I never had any problems with it at all. I recommend them for remote starters. However, my dad bought a brand new f150 and had a spray in bed liner put in by this business and hates it. This is the one of the worst spray in bed liner jobs I have ever seen. It hasn't been a whole year yet and it's already chipping away. We don't abuse this truck and throw things into the back and slam it around. We try to take care of what we have. I have a 2011 Sierra now since I sold my focus and the spray in bed liner in that truck still hasn't chipped at all surprisingly. However that bed liner was done way better than this one was. All in all, if you want a good reliable remote starter installed right give these guys a call. But do not get the spray in bed liner, it is a huge waste of money and a disappointment in my opinion.

They said make sure the truck has a half of tank in it. I got gas put 40 bucks in the tank. The truck had half a tank when I parked The truck at the lot. The weather was bad and rained all day While using the Moving truck on a local move. Used a broom and a few dry moving blankets to wipe up the water that was inside the back of the box truck from walking in and out of the truck in the rain. Not only was my bill $200 but they charged my card for another 50 on top Separately. There was no reason to charge me the extra $50 when I did what I was told I didn’t know I needed to bring a mop bucket to clean a moving trucks floor smh. Never again.
