Took my Block Rocket (made by the Grace Co.)quilting machine in for timing. Learned that the set screws were missing. I ordered them but received the wrong ones. They then ordered them and timed my machine for a very reasonable fee. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

Very very nice place! The personnel were very knowledgeable and took time to demonstrate and explain all the machines and options. Wide selection of quality machines to choose from. They even take old machines on trade! They gave me a super deal and threw in lots of extras at no cost. I am very happy with my purchase and the services here.

I am so happy I was referred to creative stitches! I purchased the Bernina 790 special edition, came with B480, I use both, 480 is great for main floor so I don’t have to move my big one, I recently purchased the newest sergerL890!!! OMG! I am so impressed with these machines and they are user friendly. Andrew , Sally, Debbie are so pleasant, and welcoming. Really helpful and I have gained so much knowledge too!

I purchased a sewing table made for my machine in cherry wood. The workmanship was excellent. The finish was beautiful. The leaf added to the back used highquality hardware. I would highly recommend dealing with this business and owner for a quality product and service.

Great experience here! My B830 Bernina was fixed for a reasonable price. They work on all makes and models. Great selection of Bernina machines and accessories. Only problem, now I long for a Bernina quilting machine?.
