Hello, everybody, this is Steven. I'm running reveal because my car broke down all this country. I mean, my mother, we live in Strongsville, Ohio, sorry there's some guy from a different company called us named Allen. And this John right here, the older son for the star American. Is an excellent driver, very knowledgeable new things and Ask for paul as well. What amazing customer service they have beyond awesome they have, I'm telling you people, anybody get stuck call these guys. They got a nice brand new 2022 truck. You can actually hold people in it and your car is on a flatbug.

A out of the way small little station to fill up on gas. ☺️ on the way back home from Amish country. They have better gas prices than most gas stations. Just be super careful pulling out when leaving…. It’s dangerous fyi

Not the most friendly had my car stolen the police found it left on the side of the road it was 2:30 in the morning so they just had it towed by this company cost me $236 for them to go pick up my car that was 5 minutes away from their garage and they had the keys and was able to drive it right up on the flatbed so it wasn't a hard tow. It was on a Saturday and because they weren't opening on Sunday they charged me for 2 days of storage that's not even fenced-in storage area just a gravel pit really. And it's not my fault that they're not open on Sundays or it would have been picked up then. I just feel like I was way overpriced as if we hadn't been going through enough to get price gouged by this guy. Definitely wouldn't recommend this guy unless you want to get ripped off!

The folks at Star American are Top Notch ! They performed "emergency brake line replacement" to get me back traveling my 1000 mile trip for work. What tremendous people at Star American !!
