These guys are incredibly talented. They know their stuff and they are so wonderful to deal with. We had a catastrophic issue with our vehicle. They were so honest and helpful and gave us great advice. I had never used this garage before but I am a lifer now! We could not have had a more wonderful experience. I just pulled up into the garage parking lot and told Dana, the mechanic what was going on with my car and asked if he could come take a quick look at it and he did. I didn't know what was wrong with the car but didn't feel safe when I pulled up and could breathe when I left. They are very professional, helpful, and truly cared about my safety. I would recommend this garage to my friends and my not friends. Go ahead and check it out for yourself. You won't regret it!

Very nice owner/operator who seemed knowledgeable and was quite fair on pricing (went in for new tire mounting/balancing). Only complaint is that I was bumped back in line because he has a contract with the local school bus operators and had emergency work to do for them. Only improvement I could suggest would be to let customers know as soon as possible when something like that happens. Otherwise great service!

Set my wife there with the road emergency, and they couldn’t take five minutes to help her out with a very minor problem. Sent her on her way knowing full well that she was in a dangerous situation. These type of people need to be avoided at all costs. No good!

If you get work done here ask for tj! He was so nice and was honest and fair about pricing and was so genuine. Most car places try to rip you off but I felt like I was in great hands at west end. If I need work done, I will defiently be bringing my car back here!Service: Tires
