I’ve used tire discounters at other locations for years. They were all OK but I Recently moved to Wilmington and I used that location. Incredible service and incredible service management is all I can say. Go there if you need tires!!

My wife’s 2005 Honda Pilot that came from California (no rust) had been taken in the beginning of 2024 because of tread wear. The tires were new back in October of 2023. The Tire Discounters in Hillsboro had originally installed them. We took the truck to the store in Wilmington because we had issues originally with the store in Hillsboro. The tires were replaced in February of 2024 due to Hillsboros mistakes of aligning the vehicle properly. Not even 6 months later, the tires needed to be replaced again! All of the tires were covered under the manufacturer warranty. We took the truck in to get the tires replaced and they only had 2 of the 4 tires in stock. Kevin, the technician who worked on the truck ended up snapping off one of the lug nuts on the front passenger side. I get it, it happens, no big deal. He told us that when we brought it back to get the other 2 tires installed he would fix it. Cool no problem. Took it back the following Monday and got the 2 new tires installed. He has issues from the beginning replacing the tires because of the broken wheel stud. He had to take it to another shop to press out the bearing and replace the stud then get the bearing pressed back in. All of it was covered. We were told by the technician Kevin that we needed to replace the passenger side tie rod end because it was rusted! I ordered the part ( not looking under the vehicle to see if it was rusted) and I installed it. Mind you the part was not rusted nor was it bad! Kevin had said that he could not break the nut loose because it was “rusted”. I got it loose no problem! Since I had the part I just went ahead and replaced it anyway since he doesn’t know how to do his job. Took it back to get the alignment done, and what does Kevin do? He damages the threads on the brand new outer tie rod end! He ordered the part and had it in the same day and my wife drove it home. She told me that the truck was making funny noises. So I test drove it not even 10 mph and knew the problem! The wheel bearing was not installed correctly and was humming on the passenger side! I had it towed back to tire discounters to have Kevin again fix the issue! He called me and told me that he was just going to replace the entire knuckle on the truck. Ok perfect no more issues! No! I just had to completely take off the dust shield from the passenger side because there were zero screws holding the dust shield on! I am never ever going back to any Tire Discounters ever again! Complete waste of my time and my wife’s time!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TIRE DISCOUNTERS IN HILLSBORO OR WILMINGTON!!!

Jaysen was very nice and real with me about what my car needed. He didn't try to push me to replace the back brake pads because only the front brake pads needed replaced, and also didnt push me to replace the rotors, which i chose to replace because they're discounted to a very good price with a brake pad replacement. Very reasonably priced compared to what i asked the parts store they source from what his prices were upfront (smyths automotive). Free brake inspection, too. appreciate these guys also getting me in same day, and started when they had time even before my appointment time. wonderful service.

amongst multiple previous poor experiences, they wouldn’t service our van due to “height”, despite saying they could over the phone. wasted time driving out here for them to turn us away. seek service elsewhere.

Great service and excellent workers. I had orderd the wrong size tire so instead of doing what was on the ticket they came out and asked about the size and was able to get the right tire and installed them same day. Also pointed out some things that will need replacing soon
