I go there for yoga every Saturday morning from 8.30 - 9.30. I love that we get to use the gymnastics floor under my yoga mat as it is a lot easier on the knees. A little more challenging on the standing poses though! Teacher is great.

I have loved the Flip Zone for my girls. Sheri is amazing with getting the kids to move. The classes are creative and my girls look forward to it every week.

We started our 4 year old here this month and we could not be happier! She typically struggles to keep focus and can lose interest rather quickly, but her instructor Sheri keeps the perfect balance of fun and structure and my daughter is flourishing in class! It has become the highlight of her week and ours. I highly recommend The Flip Zone, they are very professional, extremely personable and ((thankfully!)) affordable!

This place is amazing at accommodating the class to the students. There is no child that the owner, Sheri, can't get to safe participate and love the class. She adds music, stretching, games and lots of fun into the class. Whether your child is shy, unaware of their body, does not want to leave their parent, or incredibly out going, Sheri can teach them. It's a great place to start your kids learning the core concepts of gymnastics. I've loved seeing the improvement in my 3 and 5 year old.

Amazing place for my girls to challenge themselves and gain confidence... coaches are super. It's a fun place to work hard for that next trick!!!
