Horrible my stuff was not in the unit very long and mold all over half my stuff I had to throw a lot of it away my great grandmother that is not passed her kitchen table was covered in mold I am NOT HAPPY something should be done about this, you can’t replace this kind of stuff!

Although the gentleman was nice, this does not excuse the following events. We rented a large 10x20 unit for TWO months only in a pinch for moving purposes. We stored our entire 3 story house's worth of belonging in there. We left it and didnt return until the 2 months was up. We called and informed them that we would be vacating the unit 2 days prior to when the next billing cycle began. It was approved of course. As we were retrieving our belongings...EVERYTHING WAS COVERED IN THICK MOLD! Baffled, we found a large leak from the ceiling. They previously stated that the unit was fixed and did not leak anymore when we accepted the original contract. Now we have THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage, lost both couches, my great great grandmother's antique dressers, 11 pieces of furniture including tables and bookcases etc., clothes, curtains, EVERYTHING you can think of both priceless and irreplaceable. When i called to speak to them, they informed me "that's why you have to have renter's insurance" with a giggle from the girl and "we will take your suggestion" when i told them I didn't want to see this happen to anyone else. They told me i would be getting my piddly security deposit back within days. I have still not received it!!! DO NOT RENT THESE UNITS! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE. THE UNIT DESTROYS YOUR THINGS!

They have a bad mouse problem. Also, they said they would prorate my last month if I only needed the unit for a few days. I moved out on the 3rd and they refused to refund me a single cent. Basically, I spent 60+ dollars for 2 and a half days of storage. Don't go here.
