I liked the fact they were thorough with the work they did, and explained to me in detail what was wrong. They were very nice, and I definitely plan on going back there again! Highly recommend. If you want something done right, you can come to them.

First time customer working with Smitty's and I'm now a lifer! Had a truck and SUV detailed and the results are astounding! They both look like brand new vehicles on a showroom floor! Jake was very personable and reliable to deal with, as well as up front and honest about cost and progress. Definitely would recommend again and AGAIN!

Smitty's did an excellent job ceramic coating 2 vehicles for us. They are detailed, thorough, and take pride in their work. We recently had our vehicles maintenanced there after the ceramic coating, and we were really impressed with their quality of work and customer service. I would recommend them for any detailing services you need because you'll be leaving happy!

You can’t go wrong with Smitty’s detail shop I was looking to get my moms car detailed for Christmas and I got in contact with Jake (the Owner) and he gave me a estimate online all I had to do was submit a few photos everyone at Smitty’s detail shop is so polite and helpful trust me you don’t want your car anywhere else fair honest prices, great work, Amazing customer service cannot recommend enoughServices: Auto detailing

Smitty's far exceeded my expectations for a recent interior detail project. My car was messier then I'd like to admit, but the team at Smitty's did such an incredible job that it feels new. It was so nice to have someone local to Wilmington that I could bring my car to for a detail that took about half a day vs. driving closer to Cinci to get it done.Would highly recommend using Smitty's for any detailing needs. I have went here several times. Most recently to do a full ceramic coating. Amazing quality to everything they do. Whatever my auto detail needs are, Smitty’s will be my go to shop.
