Read this if you want an alignment. Do not come here if want your alignment spec sheet, or you have a truck or low car!
Low cars- They used to be good, they did our 2003 cobra that was lowered years ago no problem.... Now my Chevy cobalt that's lowered 2 inches is a problem( I got an alignment here last year no problem ??) There is a pretty good gap ( 7-8 inches with measuring tape) between my bumper and the ground. There should have been no problem. I don't even know if they tried. I asked to use a ramp or board, nope, they didn't want to. I've seen mustangs with huge lips get alignments on lifts. Tire discounters told me they could get a car down to a 3 inch gap on the same exact lift.... I guess not here.
Trucks 2x4 and 4x4- they don't do your camber and won't give you a spec sheet. I have several friends with trucks and they did not touch camber and ate up their tires. Turned out camber was way off still.
Again spec sheet- pretty important if you want to see they actually touched stuff, kind of suspicious to me that their printer has been down for years.
Maybe just tires would be fine for them to do. I wish I could give a 5 star review, I really thought they used to be cool people. Maybe they were just having a bad day ? ruined my 1 hour trip from work here. ?

Started looking into my camber sleeves and trac bar adjustments, neither one was never touched. THE ONLY THING ADJUSTED WAS THE TIE ROD ENDS
Took it to a different alignment shop to make sure what I’m thinking was correct and they said it’s sad that an alignment shop would think that’s okay. The truck has a BRAND NEW front end too. Should be no reason that it won’t align.
I used to recommend my friends to this place and they did THE EXACT same thing to 2 of my friends trucks. I’m done with this place they used to be good quality company that was real, NOT ANYMORE!

Quick and also at a cost effective price although they didn’t reset my oil life on my car so even after it being full my car still read empty .. that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars

Have taken 3 cars here for tires. Prices are fair and the service is quick. Very solid option! We got Mastercraft tires (wholly owned by Cooper, well-reviewed tires) mounted, balanced, and aligned at a great price.

Took my truck to get an alignment here, they scratched up all 4 of my forged rims pretty badly and never said a word. If you have any sort of nice rims I wouldn’t advise going here.

$42.90 just to swap a tire on a rim. I brought in the wheel so it wasn't even on the car. I took the old tire too. Then a few weeks later I noticed my tire was set at 70 psi! A $325 tire and they set it to pop. Never again.

Great friendly staff and awesome service and fast imma keep going to them they don't try to scam you especially if your a female like most places do! They know there stuff they do thier work and they don't mess around! Id recommend them top 1st place in Wilmington and Clinton county! 10 stars!

This place is amazing. I had a blow out and no other stores around had my tire size. I figured I try calling one last place and not only did Groves have the tire, but they even had the cheapest price around. I definitely recommend their service.
