Stanley Smith I am having the same issue. I went to Gerber and were told they were behind so I needed to go elsewhere. Even before I had my car towed to Glenns I called and asked if they were able to look at it as I am in a rental and have limited time. They said yes. The car was towed to them on a Thursday and Geico sent them my estimate at 10:10 am. I called the following Monday and he stated he did not have my car. Then did say it was in the back "out of site out of mind". No communication whatsoever. I called the next day and it still had not been looked at. Was told it would be looked at the following day and I would receive a call. I never did so at 2pm I called. I asked about my car, he said oh door and panel damage? No. I confirmed my damage then said parts were on order. Thats interesting since you did not even know what my car was just a few seconds ago. In hindsight, I would never go back. I had someone else tell me they could do it asap and I should have went there. I understand that it takes time to get parts ordered but let me know that. Oh, and dont just not even look for my car 4 days later when my insurance adjuster had already spoke to you.Edit: An hour after this was posted my insurance adjuster called to say they received a call from glenns that they could not work on my car and it needed to be removed. Best thing that could possibly happen since nothing was being done in the first place. Now it is already being looked at it and the mechanic texted me after he called my insurance and obtained all the info. Crazy what happens when someone actually does their job and communicates.Service: Body & Trim

The work they do may be good trying to stay in contact with him for updates is absolutely horrible almost feel like I was being scammed I work for a business who had an incident and was trying to settle to have a car fixed that they recommend it Glenn’s they were very unprofessional I’m providing billing and when they did very slow to startTo start the process of doing the work trying to get an update on them even to see if I need to add time to a rental car to the vehicle and which we had was having fixed owner they would simply don’t respond nor could you leave a voice message telling them to call you back I would never do business with them again or recommend them to no one and for me to say that says a lot I am to the Point where I am getting ready to go to the bed is better business bureau on themService: Body & Trim

My Toyota Highlander was only a few years old when I hit a deer. I was so worried the car would never be the same. But I couldn't have been more wrong. They fixed everything, and worked with my insurance and my car looks brand new! Highly recommended. You won't believe what they can do.

I inquired about a vehicle paint job, provided I do all the prep work and already have the paint (saving money on both sides), and was curtly informed that they don't take those kind of jobs...which is a shame, since I have 3 vehicles that will need painted (it's only the one I have automotive paint for). The response alone was enough to turn myself and my wife away, and to take our business and money elsewhere.

Dropped by to see what the damage would be to remove some light scratches on my Sky. He said let me buff them out. If I don't succeed, no charge. He got 90% out and still wouldn't accept payment. I felt like I was in a time warp where every shop was like his.

We’ve been looking for a local repair shop the past couple years and you’re always cautious when going somewhere new because you never know who you can trust. After being referred by a family friend we decided to give Glenn’s a try and I am so glad we did. I could not have asked for a better repair shop, the customer service is outstanding, the repair work is top quality and the best part is I didn’t feel like a customer or a number, they truly made us feel like a friend which is such a big thing these days. They will definitely be our go to repair shop from now on.Service: Body & Trim

Mark at Glenn's is awesome! I was traveling to Cincinnati for a meeting when I ran over a truck tire (and couldn't change lanes) causing my inner fender liner to become loose (expansion clips ripped away). I pulled over at the Wilmington exit and looked for an auto parts store nearby - the store didn't have the parts I needed to get back on the road but they suggested to see if Mark at Glenn's did - Mark went out of his way to help me get back on the road. Although I know these parts aren't expensive (about $.30 each) he not only let me have what I needed but he took care of it for me. I tried to pay him but he just said: "pay it forward..." I absolutely will. Thank you again! I have no doubt that Glenn's is an honest and quality shopService: Body & Trim
