Owner is very pleasant and caring person. We didn't use the services, but had become stranded with vehicle trouble. Pulled into the lot from the interstate to wait for a tow. The owner was very accomodating to strangers. Even offering us food and water! If the owner treats strangers this well, imagine how well they would take care of your dog! If I lived in the area I definitely would utilize their services. It's people like this that make a real difference and should be supported.

Called to ask questions about training my puppy. The conversation went was not bad until she ask if I crated him at night and I responded yes that I carry him to his crate. He is small yet and “she ask several times does he have four legs? And she laughed. I I ask why she was asking this and did not find it funny. After telling her I didn’t find it humorous she informed me that”ok you can find another trainer then, said goodbye and then hung up. I feel this was a very unprofessional.reply. I was looking for professional assistance with training and was tired from trying to train my puppy and was sincerely asking for help. Sorry that I didn’t find you funny and due to this you want me to find another trainer. I feel bad for you that you feel you have gotten to the place in your business that you can treat people that way.

Janet and team are an amazing group! My dog has gone to the day school, stayed for boarding and been through the training classes - Couldn't ask for a better team - I know she is in good hands and is all smiles when I pick her up. The advice they gave me on nutrition and what to feed my dog has helped immensely when she was diagnosed with pancreatic issues. Thank you D&G's!!

My family and I would highly recommend D&G’s for training. We were having issues with our golden pertaining to aggressive behavior and listening to commands. Some of his aggression came from seizure meds. With our vets help, we were able to ween him off the meds which has greatly improved his overall demeanor.Janet and the staff worked with our dog while our family went on 1 week vacation. We continued to work with him at home with their guidance. He listens to his commands and has become such a wonderful dog. He loves to work, play and cuddle. He is the wonderful dog we knew he could be. We are so thankful for Janet and her team. God is so good!!!

The team of trainers and service at D&G’s is out of this world. Here the dog comes first! During the training sessions I always seem to learn something new about my bond with my dog. 10/10 would recommend to others. I drive 45mins each way just to learn from Janet, Iris and Doretta! Next up Level 2 and I can’t wait!

They are like a second family for our boy Perro. He is a wild boy at heart and because of D&G's we have all learned how to work with one another to have a healthy and fun life together. Perro is always so happy to leave for school days and seems so peaceful anytime we bring him home from a slumber pawty. We are so glad to have them!

Wouldn't leave Isis any where else! Janet and her staff have nothing but kindness and well being for our four legged friends! Don't know what I would of done especially the past 2 1/2 years without them! Thank you Janet and all your associates for all you do, some people have no idea how dedicated all of you are and what all you go through for the well being of all the dogs. RUDE. Unbelievably RUDE. Stopped in for the first time. Greeted with a disgruntled "Do you need something?" Wow. Then i asked if they carried a certain type of food. Received a big eye roll with comment of "We only carry quality feed". Really??? You greet a new customer this way??? So instead of having good customer relations & maybe responding with "We dont carry that food ... but we do have a great selection of this or that." I never got that kind of service. Wh

I don't know what we would do without D&G's. They have been with us from the beginning. We were able to take a class with one of the trainers to get the basics down before our girl was able to come to classes. It was incredibly helpful. Once she was old enough, she started going to day school, obedience classes , and boarding. It's hard to put all of the things they do for us into words.... we are blessed to have such a wonderful place to take our fur-baby. We never have to worry about her because we know she is in wonderful hands.

We love D&Gs for all our puppy training, doggie day school, boarding, full grooming and toy needs! Janet and her expert staff provide excellent training workshops at affordable prices and will personalize training based on your/your dog's needs. Our puppy attends day school 2xs/week and occasionally boards there and what great piece of mind that my pup is learning, socializing and being loved on. Wilmington is so lucky to have D&Gs! Their passion and love for dogs is evident in everything they do!
