Took my suburban to Bush for motor mounts. The service team seemed unsure of themselves when talking about the repairs. When i picked up my suv it was worse than when i dropped it off. Bush refused to correct the problem and wants more money for a problem they never fixed

My husband always takes his truck here, but not anymore! The service department is a joke! Save your time and money and find someone else. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on diesel repare, air conditioning, oil changes, check engine lights, and this last time.. the radiator...????♀️ they do the work (maybe) but it never fixes the issue. Find someone who knows what they are doing, it's definitely NOT this place!Services: Electrical repair

Took my 2018 Equinox in for oil change and tire rotation today. When you take your car to be serviced, you TRUST that the service will be done. How can you be sure all the services were done? After about 45 minute, I was told car was ready. Paid the exorbitant bill. Went to leave, discovered that tires were NOT rotated, I know this because I marked one tire, which was in the same location as when I left home. Wondering how much money a dealer can save by not rotating tires? What I thought would be a $60 service was over $90 for routine service. This is the second time that tires weren't rotated. It is highly unlikely that I will ever return here for service.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT TEAM! I just got a bad taste of how the BUSH AUTO sales manager handled the whole car buying process............I thought going to a small town dealership would be a better experience than in a city, I was DEAD WRONG! The Bush auto dealership are like all the other auto dealerships..... I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. The sales associate was fantastic however the sales manager or your finance manager was down right rude and very aggressive. Whoever the sales associate has to talk to about making a deal, That guy. All we were trying to do is make a deal on a 2021 Chevy High Country. A $70,000 vehicle. And we were also considering buying a 2008 Toyota FJ as a second car. We were in the waiting area and as my better half was getting the VIN off the Chevy. I asked the sales associate about the price on the FJ. He stated the price is according to the issues that it currently has. One issue was the parking brake did not work. He was told that there is no law in Ohio to have a parking brake. Well he was wrong. I have copied and pasted below the law. The after we got the VIN we put it in the google and check what would be a good barganing number on the truck. The sales associate told us to give him a number. So we did and then all of a sudden the "Manager" comes out of his office, very aggressively, slams down the paper that the sells associate took him and very aggressively and loud states "This is my offer" then turns around and stomps away. My impression at that moment, SHOCKED (wait, what just happened here????), DISRESPECTED, SALES MANAGER HAD SHOWN ALOT OF SPITE TO ME AND JUST FELT DISAPPOINTED.First off, there is no need to get upset about the customer trying to get a FAIR and REASONABLE price. The dealership has a price to make money and the customer has a (Vauto) market price resourse to make a reasonable and fair offer. And telling me that there is no law that requires a parking brake was way out of line. I was there to purchase two different vehicles and this is the type of treatment I receive. That is very, very sad. Ohio law is as follows:4513.20 Brake equipment for vehicles.Since we are talking about a vehicle only I have taken out the other sections. (7) Every vehicle and combination of vehicles, except motorcycles and motorized bicycles, and except trailers and semitrailers of a gross weight of less than two thousand pounds, and pole trailers, shall be equipped with parking brakes adequate to hold the vehicle on any grade on which it is operated, under all conditions of loading, on a surface free from snow, ice, or loose material. The parking brakes shall be capable of being applied in conformance with the foregoing requirements by the driver's muscular effort or by spring action or by equivalent means. Their operation may be assisted by the service brakes or other source of power provided that failure of the service brake actuation system or other power assisting mechanism will not prevent the parking brakes from being applied in conformance with the foregoing requirements. The parking brakes shall be so designed that when once applied they shall remain applied with the required effectiveness despite exhaustion of any source of energy or leakage of any kind. So telling me that one of the vehicles I was looking at does need a parking brake is completely incorrect.
