“I love Rainbow Vet. They have been with us for the health and life of Sophie (golden retriever) Molly (Lab mix) Tammy (GSD) and currently Trudie (GSD) and Winston (Icelandic Sheepdog). Linda and Jessica are SUPER Vets but also compassionate with my dogs and with me! Their staff is absolutely wonderful and my dogs always feel comfortable with them. Winston has to run around and say a big HI to each and every one. I trust them wholeheartedly with the health and well being of my dogs. I can't imagine they could do anything to improve on their stellar care.”

“Truly one of the best vets around, when I had taken my cat cinder to a emergency vet for vomiting and being lethargic, they were dead set on me putting cinder down that night. I left that vet with a prednisolone prescription and a number to call when I decided it was time, but the next day I found Tyler Animal Clinic and asked for a second opinion, they got me a appointment same day. The entire staff is incredibly kind and truly cares about both you and your pets. They went above and beyond for my boy to find answers as to what was wrong with him and consistently check in with me on his condition and his wellbeing even months after my initial visit. No other vet has been so caring in my experience and I truly recommend this vet to anyone I can!”

“Everyone was so kind and patient with my cat who gets veterinary anxiety. And even paused on the exam when he was becoming too stressed to further cause him any trauma. We came back the next week to finish his exam. They were very open about the side effects of vaccines and medications. Also very upfront about pricing and even helped me save a few bucks. “Dr. Hankins and staff have been the best from top to bottom for anything we’ve ever needed for our fur babies! Dr. Hankins treats your pet like it’s a family member and nothing less. She really cares and wants nothing but what’s right and bestfor these “kids” as she calls them. My dog Rory loved going to the vet to see her, he was never afraid or anxious to be there.”

“Dr. Ting is a wonderful vet. Finn just had surgery on Monday to remove a growth on his ear and a dental. There were some teeth pulled....but he is getting back to his regular self. Everyone there has been wonderful. So grateful for his excellent care.”

Buck can be a fussy dog, and they have made routine check ups, dental cleanings and tumor removals very smooth for him. Dr Smith is very precise and accurate, and she cares deeply about the animals she treats, it makes me very at ease.”

“If you’re looking for a trusted veterinarian and/or have an urgent care need visit for your furbaby please do consider Lakeland Animal Clinic and Urgent Care. Dr Malak and the team went above and beyond, treating my furbaby like their own.
My furbaby needed to be seen urgently on a weekend while I was out of the country and other emergency vet location had a wait time of 16 unseen patients but when we called Lakeland Animal Clinic and Urgent Care, they were able to see our furbaby (brought in my pet sitter) immediately. They were able to promptly take care of my furbaby needs immediately.
From the moment we walked in on our follow up appointment, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr Malak took the time to listen to my concerns and was very patient with explaining everything in a way that I could understand. You can tell that they genuinely care and love about animals.
On top of that, Mr Malak took his time to help out a case that we have with Rover and went above and beyond for us in that regards too! I cannot recommend Dr Malak and Lakeland Animal Clinic and Urgent Care enough!”
“Always an amazing experience and they never let you wait. I knew Valentino hurt his leg he was holding it up and they had me in there within the hour to have him looked at. He needs surgery and they knew right away. They also gave him an allergy shot since he is having horrible itching and he can’t take the medication due to his pancreatitis. They are so kind and gentle! I love taking my baby there. Dr. Amy was amazing and gave me all the literature on the injury and rehabilitation Valentino will need!”
“We have been going to Mentor Animal Hospital for 14years. We have enjoyed every visit. They handled Covid very well. I had a emergency with a Labrador at the emergency hospital in ? Warrensville Hts? late one evening and was not happy with the service. The next morning MAH saved the dogs life. Every member of their team is great. Lynn, Sarah Rose, and Harley”
“Saturday morning, I came across a pigeon in downtown Cleveland with a broken wing. I called about 10 different places (animal rescues, animal rehab centers, etc) and no place was able to help. One place said they could help any bird BUT a pigeon and another place offered to euthanize the pigeon without even seeing him. I was finally recommended this veterinary hospital by someone at Lake Erie Nature and Science Center and called them. They were immediately so helpful and reassuring, and asked if I could bring the pigeon to them.
The entire process was quick and they offered to call me with updates! By the time we left, they had an incubator going and were already working with the bird. I was so grateful to have found them after spending about an hour calling places with no luck and no idea what else to do.”
“Today I learned Dr.Mastrocola will not be returning to Tyler Animal Clinic. This news made such an impact. He will be missed VERY much. I always counted on him for many years. He helped care for the animals at the Humane Society as well as my personal pets. I wish him the very best. He has been such a large part of the Tyler Animal Clinic for Many, Many years. “I recently switched to Oak Tree Animal Hospital, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’ve spent the last few years working with a rescue group for senior puppy mill dogs, so advocating for animals is deeply important to me. Unfortunately, my last vet was a nightmare—I could barely get five minutes of their time, and they were incredibly dismissive of my concerns (which turned out to be critical).
Switching to Oak Tree has been a night-and-day experience. Dr. Smith is incredibly validating, conscious, and thorough. Instead of rushing me out the door or diminishing my concerns, Dr. Smith actually listens and takes the time to collaborate on my dogs' care. It is such a relief to finally have a vet who genuinely cares and gives my dogs the time and respect they deserve.”

“I don't know how I have never done a Google review on Green Road Animal Hospital! My family and I have had the privilege of taking our animals to Dr. Rehmer for years and years. I cannot say enough good things about her and her incredibly devoted team. You name the situation, and she has helped my animals. She has saved my animals at times, prolonged their lives, and, when it's time to say goodbye to one of my beloved animals, she has created the safest, most compassionate way and space to do so. Dr. Rehmer and her team go above and beyond for you. I know it's something that couldn't be received anywhere else. I trust her and her team fully and am unbelievably grateful to her and them for what they have done for me and my animals. Dr. Rehmer is beyond in her craft and skill as a veterinarian; her passion, knowledge, and compassion are unmatched. Her receptionists, vet techs/vet nurses, are on another level of hard-working individuals. I don't know how they do what they do day in and day out with so many different types of situations, circumstances, and animals, while showing that much compassion, gentleness, and patience with each client and animal. Each appointment is as thorough and compassionate as it gets. You feel safe and at home, with all your questions answered and cared for in ways hard to find these days. A true family of some of the hardest-working, loving, and skilled individuals out there. Grateful beyond measure to Dr. Rehmer and her incredible team.”
“We were lucky to have Dr. Amy to care for our 17-year old cat when we traveled recently. While our cat went in hissing, Dr. Amy became his friend and even managed to trim his hind nails. It is always tricky making arrangements for our cat, who needs medication and lots of feedings. Nubbin even gained some weight!”

“Everyone at the clinic was a pleasure to work with, from the receptionists, the techs, and Dr. Mendlowitz. The receptionists checked us in and out quickly while being very friendly, the tech and Dr. Mendlowitz both were very patient with my 11 year old GSD Chloe, who has bad anxiety. She didn't make giving them a blood sample easy, yet they did great while keeping her happy.”
“A friend who brings her cats here recommended this practice, and I'm so grateful she did! For the past 2 years, I've been taking my two small dogs here. The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.”
“Top notch vet service here. First off, I've never had to wait too long to get my goldens in. Before coming here, we were going to Banfield and to get an appointment, you'd usually have to wait a month or two to get in, which if there is an issue you want to have looked at, just isn't acceptable. Richman, always has worked with me to get my dogs in ASAP.
The staff here is also great. They take great care of your animals from the moment you step in to when you step out. Thorough check-ups and a comprehensive set of services are available depending on what you want done.
Lastly, prices are very reasonable. Again, compared to Banfield, where I was paying a monthly rate and still had to pay up for visits, here, none of that. I had a round of vaccines applied, blood work taken, and physical exams for my two dogs and the price came in way under what I was expecting.
Overall, great place to take your animals, I don't think you'd regret it if you're not already a client.”
