Horrible service , only one person working the entire store …chatting with a lady ,but he did acknowledge me , but after 20 mins of what seem to be just chatting , I walked out without me saying a word and without the male worker saying a word . Don’t waste your time going to this location ,even if you only see one customer there like I did.

Ask for Frankie Alesci if you go to this location. He will work with you and get you the best deal that fits for you. 10/10 customer service. Will always go back to Willowick location

Branden Lock was very knowledgeable about products and set- up. Frankie Alesci and Branden very considerate and great customer service. A delight doing business with them. As phone upgrading can be a chore.

If you ever have to go to any Verizon store around here I would highly recommend this store because Frankie is the man to go see! Not only did he help me but 5 other customers in timely manner, he did it ALL by himself!

I had a great experience and highly recommend the Willowick store. Outstanding customer service from Frankie Alesci, who was patient, kind, and gave helpful advice & thorough explanations to all questions. I could tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and Verizon is fortunate to have him! Definitely my go-to Verizon store from now on.
